QUINNYSQUISHY RETURNS POLICY

 

Effective Date: August 23, 2018

Please read and understand Quinnysquishy’s ("us", "we", or "our") Refund Policy thoroughly before making any purchase with Quinnysquishy.

Quinnysquishy offer a NO REFUND policy on all Quinnysquishy products once shipped.

We may offer an exchange of an item, if the item was defective or damaged prior to shipping and we believe sufficient evidence has been provided to prove this claim.

 

 

INELIGIBLE REFUNDS

Quinnysquishy offers a NO REFUND policy once the item(s) is shipped. All sales are final.

We do not provide a refund if the buyer (“you”) provided us with an incorrect shipping address.

We do not refund item(s) damaged or defected because of the Postal Service’s handling of your item(s). You should contact your Shipping Postal Service provider for any damage caused during shipping.

We do not offer a refund if your product is lost once shipped. We always suggest using a trackable shipping service when purchasing any item(s) online. We cannot guarantee that a product will reach your shipping address. You should contact the Shipping Postal Service provider if you believe your product is lost while on route to your shipping address.

 

 

ELIGIBLE REFUNDS

Any refund given is solely is at the discretion of Quinnysquishy and is not guaranteed.

Quinnysquishy may refund the cost of the item(s) and/or shipping costs if there was a technical error made by Quinnysquishy, one of Quinnysquishy’s services, or a third-party service provider contracted by Quinnysquishy.

You may be eligible for a refund if we refuse to provide you with our product and/or service and payment has been processed. Please see our Terms of Use for more information regarding refusal of service.

You may be eligible for a refund if we cancel your order and payment has been processed. Please see our Terms of Use for more information regarding cancelling your orders.

We may refund the cost of the item(s) and shipping costs if you cancel your order and the refund application is made prior to the item being shipped. Once the item(s) is shipped and we send you your shipping information, you are ineligible for a refund.

If you are eligible for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days from refund application.

 

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS – IF ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

INELIGIBLE EXCHANGES

Quinnysquishy will not exchange an item(s) once shipped and if not damaged or defected prior to shipping.

Quinnysquishy does not exchange item(s) damaged or defected because of the Postal Service’s handling of your item(s). You should contact your local postal service provider for any damage caused during shipping.

We do not exchange items on sale.

 

 

ELIGIBLE EXCHANGES

Any exchange given is solely is at the discretion of Quinnysquishy and is not guaranteed.

We will only exchange your item(s) if the item(s) are defective and/or damaged prior to the item(s) being shipped and within 24 hours of arrival at your provided shipping address. If your application for an exchange is over 24 hours since your item has arrived at your provided shipping address, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange of item(s).

You can only exchange the item(s) for the same item(s) originally purchased. Exchanging items for a product of the same value is at the discretion of Quinnysquishy and is not guaranteed.

All item(s) eligible for an exchange, must be unused and in the same condition that the buyer (you) received it. It must also be in the original packaging, where applicable.

We will only accept to exchange a product once sufficient evidence is provided to us that the product was damaged or defected prior to shipping. We will also inspect the product on arrival back to our Head Quarters to finalise a decision of exchange.

 

 

RETURN SHIPPING INFORMATION

If eligible for further inspection for an exchange on your product, you should email quinnysquishy@gmail.com and we will provide you with Return Shipping Address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When shipping an item(s) you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
